Trainer: Inexperienced, no older adult training, high turnover, no continuing education. ​​​
Trainer: Senior Fitness certified. Works exclusively with adults 60+. Ongoing education and certification. ​1-hour appointments, no interruptions. ​
Strength and body composition assessments only. ​​​
Certified assessments based on your needs and goals.
​Balance. Flexibility. Function. Strength. Range of Motion.​​​
Scheduling: Availability based on their schedule.
​30-minute sessions. Lots of interruptions. 
Scheduling: Day, night, weekend appointments.
​60-minute sessions. No distractions.
Exercise Programming: Cookie Cutter. Template is for young adult strength training. Senior modification is to use less weight.
Programming: Every plan is unique, just like you and your needs. Using your goals, and detailed assessments, a safe and effective program is custom created for you.
