What Kinds of Programs Do We Crate?

We create whatever kind of program you want. Whatever you want to achieve, we'll create the roadmap to get you there.  
1. Strength training for sports, recreation, toning, injury prevention, functional maintenance. 
2. Functional fitness for making everyday activities easier and more enjoyable.
3. Balance exercises and falls prevention education. Improve and maintain your mobility and independence.
4. Medical, recovery, and post-rehab exercise. We'll work with your healthcare provider to support exercises they prescribe.
5. Chair assist and seated exercise. Whatever your current condition, we'll adapt the program to suit you.
6. Wheelchair exercise. Whatever the disability, we're trained in creating a program to improve movement, reduce pain, and maintain those improvements.

What Goes Into Creating Our Programs? ​

We start all programs with a free initial consultation, which includes -
  1.  Filing out a health, and health history, questionnaire. 
  2. If requested, I will communicate directly with your healthcare provider about how I can best support their fitness prescription.
  3. Getting authorization from your physician you to take part in a training program and to verify that the program being prepared will be safe for you. 
  4. Discuss and create a written Goal Plan that will be used as the blueprint in creating your custom program.
  5. Perform an appropriate assessment based on your goals, to determine your functional capacity .
  6. Prepare an individualized program based on all of the above gathered information.
