Strength Plus is a medium to high-intensity strength class that moves at a brisk pace to help keep your heart rate up while you build strength. Using dumbbells and bodyweight only, we train the upper body, lower body, and core through a variety of strength-focused exercises.
While this isn’t a cardio class, the tempo is similar to a HIIT-style strength workout, with efficient transitions and minimal downtime. Expect frequent floor-to-standing changes throughout class.

Monday & Wednesday: 6:00–6:45 PM CT
Friday: 6:00–6:30 PM CT
