Time: 45 minutes.
Safety: Every movement is designed for stability. We focus on seated and standing skills—no floor work—and we include specialized training on how to safely get up from the floor if a fall occurs.
Equipment: A sturdy chair without arms is best. Weights are optional.
Space: You will need a clear, flat 6' x 6' area to move safely in all directions.
