Class Basics

📅 Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri at 1:30 PM (Central).

💪 Exercises: Seated & standing only — no floor work.

⏱️ Length: 45-minutes.

🪑 Equipment: Chair, water, towel - (optional light weights and/or bands).

How It Works

Classes meet 3x per week for 45 minutes, rotating through the pillars in a monthly program. With Zoom and replays, it’s easy to stay consistent.
