This page provides the current week’s class focus and equipment details for Ageless Balance participants. It is updated weekly to reflect what’s coming up in class.

We’ll practice staying aligned and steady during everyday movement—especially when your balance is challenged. Across the week we’ll combine bodyweight practice, gentle range-of-motion work (with a stick), and resistance to support confident weight shifts, direction changes, and start-and-stop control.

A small Pilates or kids play ball, or a pillow. Anything light you can comfortably grip with both hands
